Rose teaches Yoga, Relaxation, Meditation, Breathing, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
She has taught and practiced yoga for more than 40 years and it is part of her life through experience.
She knows many yoga styles and combines them into a flowing and dynamic practice that provides all the benefits of yoga,
strengthening, relaxing and toning your body and mind.
