The daily programme
The first class will be on Friday evening, and you can choose if you want a delicious dinner afterwards in the restaurant.
The program will comprise gentle yoga and deep, guided relaxation known as Yoga Nidra, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. All practices will be restorative and focused on relaxation.
Each morning will begin with a meditative practice (focusing on the breath, prana and the subtle body) or a guided silent walk.
On Sunday there will be a long morning practice before breakfast and another class before lunch as well as a walk after lunch if you have time.
Arrival time on the Friday is from 4pm onwards. The first yoga session will be at 5:30pm. The retreat will end on Sunday after lunch or an early afternoon walk.
During free time in the evening there will be one-to-one Breema sessions available with Rose. Please ask early since places are limited.
